The 720 included questions work offline. Your selected grade and solved-question progress are stored on your device. Practice answers are not sent to Wolfy. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not request camera, microphone, or location access. A parent-area birth-year check happens locally; the birth year is not saved or sent.
If a parent or guardian signs up for the full tutor's trial, the app securely sends the parent's email, password, child's first name or nickname, grade, terms/privacy consent, and signup source to the existing Wolfy Tutor service. Passwords are stored by that service as hashes. The service also records account identifiers, consent, trial status, and account activity. The server and network providers process connection information, including an IP address, to deliver and protect the service. The parent receives a welcome email. Do not supply a child's full name or email address.
The online tutor records account and learning information to provide tutoring, save progress, enforce the family trial, send account messages, answer questions, and provide service availability updates. The standard trial lasts 14 days from the first full-service lesson, once per family, and does not require a credit card or automatically bill the family. The existing full-service policy is available at guests.wolfytutor.com/privacy.
Wolfy Tutor does not sell family information or use it for advertising. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and secure the service. Signup uses HTTPS. Signup credentials and server session tokens are not stored by this app.
From your registered parent email, email parents@wolfytutor.com to request deletion of your Wolfy Tutor family account and associated data. You can also begin this request from Parent settings in the app.
We may need to verify account ownership before deleting information. The request covers the family account, student profiles, and associated learning records. Any data that must be retained for legal or security reasons, and the relevant retention period, will be explained when processing the request.
Clear the mini-app's offline progress in Parent settings or Android's app storage settings. Removing the app or clearing device progress does not delete an online family account. Online trial data is retained until deletion is requested, subject to the retention practices above.
Contact parents@wolfytutor.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your family's information. This policy will be updated if the app's data practices change.
